Today, I received not so good of news about my health.. Well depends on how one looks at it.. So I decided to do the full primary series to keep my mind off it.. Which I’ve not been practicing for a week coz my body just don’t feel like it…  Another blood test was taken to be sure of it said my Dr. But I can climb the mountain if I feel healthy and strong next year… Yeay for that.. #paschimottanasana #yogapractice #yoga #yogagirl #practicealliscoming #everythingisalright

A few months ago I couldn’t raise my leg this high.. Then there’s the #stretchthatsplit and other split challenges with instructions.. So I practice stretching against the wall to open my shoulder, chest, and legs… And practice and practice whenever I watch my chickens and guineas playing in my yard I practice this posture… Trying to raise my leg a little higher with the breath movement inhale/exhale at each practice and here’s the result, #progress .. Well, I like this posture .. my back love it and my spine too.. I’ve been resting from doing my full practice to reset and work on a few things… So I decided to visit this #padangusthasana … #progress  indeed … I remember I’ve hard time lifting my body , now it’s lifted a little bit higher than I first started… 😊 am so stoked! It must be those spurs of corework here and there.. #yoga
