This is one of my best #sideplank … I always collapse in doing this pose as I wasn’t corrected when I did this many years ago at a yoga studio… So it’s a habit which took me a long while to break and  retrain myself the correct way to do this posture… #BalanceBasics @kinoyoga @beachyogagirl @laurasykora @athleta #yogaeverydamnday #yogapractice

I am still working on my dropback and trying to not rotate my feet… A habit I need to break to keep my feet straight… Felt like am taking 2 steps back on my backbend … I reckon its part of the process.. Am learning to really breathe deeply and exhale ….. And to slow down..
